Here are some incredibly boring descriptions. Flip one. Flip them all! Be sure to copy and paste the original so we know which one you flipped. (Remember to cross out the beginning, start with what they/it had, and then say what it did.)
Ex:
Boring: He had red eyes.
Flipped: Blood-red eyes stared at my ring, as though they recognized it.

It had green skin. It had two hairs on its head. It had a tiny voice. It had a tear on its cheek.
She had blonde hair. She had pink cheeks. He had on jewelry. She had a scar across her cheek. She had a terrified look on her face.
There was 23 desks in the room. There was a bookcase in the back. There was a smartboard in the front. There were 23 children. There was a great teacher.
Curly blonde hair bounced of her shoulders. flourecent salmon cheeks covered half of her pale face. A series of silver and gold jewelry hung from her arms,neck and earlobes. A scar swelling with crimson blood tore across her cheek. A terrified look came from her face.

A full bookshelf barley took up any space in the back of the room.An unused smart board stood in the front, waiting to be turned on.23 eager kids sat patently, seeing when the clock would declare recess. A beautiful,smart funny teacher was being so sweet and selfless while running her slender fingers through her dark chestnut hair.

ReplyDelete23 desks sat patiently in the room waiting to be sat on.A small bookcase stood tall and proud in the corner of the classroom.One of the greatest school related mechanical devices hung in the front of the classroom a smartboard. 23 incredibly bright students sat on the sand colored rug. A smart,funny,beautiful,and kind teacher sat on her lime green chair teaching another one of her great lessons.

ReplyDeleteEmerald green skin covered his puny body. A high pitched scream flew out of it's petite plum mouth as it tried to communicate with me ( it sounded like it was the hardest thing in the world to do). As it jumped up and down furiously, I started to feel bad for the little thing. As i stared at it with curiosity. Suddenly, a small tear trickled down its cheek, as soon as it figured out that i couldn't understand him. Just then, i knew that something was horribly wrong.

Jewelry was on every part of her body that was visible, they were all covered with all sorts of expensive gems. Everything was beautiful about her except a large scar that crossed her right cheek. What could of happened? i thought. As my eyes met hers i noticed she had a terrified look on her almost perfect face.

ReplyDeleteDirty blond,wavey hair hung down to her hips. Bolting pink cheeks covered an amount of her face.Jewelry shifted from side to side on her neck and any were else jewelry can be placed. Every thing was like a dream but as soon as i noticed her whole face, i saw that she had a humungus scare that was dashed against her left cheek.As my terrified eyes met her almost perfect face i noticed she also had a terrified look.
