Paint the moment with words!!

Let's play a game! Copy and paste the following and downshift until we have a fully elaborated action. Be sure to copy and paste the last person who has gone and add to theirs. Remember, a good writer adds a mix of action, description, dialogue, thoughts and feelings, and sound effects. Here we go.

  3. The wounded cub limped toward me.Blood dripped out of the wound in his leg where the bullet shot had been lodged. It whimpered as the innocent looking cub stumbled closer to me. I felt scared, so scared my lip trembled and my eyes darted here and there. What should I do leave it or help it?? I mumbled slowly to myself.

  4. The wounded cub limped toward me. You could see the deep gash in the cub's hind leg. "What should I do?" I thought to myself. I took a step forward I wanted to pick it up and run to the nearest animal shelter. But all of a sudden it collapsed in one spot.

  6. The wounded cub limped toward me. It's sad eyes sparkled with tears. I felt a surge of anger at the man who had wounded him. I could barely see the cub in the pale afternoon light but I could make out his hunched-over figure. I took him to a hole in an old oak tree and took out my first aid kit. I bandaged him as well as I could. Finally the bear was whimpering but the bandage stopped the bleeding. I went back to my ATV and slowly drove him to the nearest town in Montana.

I felt scared, so scared my lip trembled and my eyes darted here and there. What should I do leave it or help it?? I mumbled slowly to myself. I could not leave the little cub. So I picked it up and carried it to an abandoned cave where we spent the night. I made a fire to keep us warm and dry.

  9. I was in the park on a foggy night when the innocent wounded cub limped toward me. It almost looked like he was crawling. Blood poured from his hip. He was wondering if I was safe or not. I was wondering the same thing. Then I made up my decesion. All of a sudden the cub began to fall. I darted for him and I caught him. In a blink of an eye I was at the vet. They said he must have been cut by something. There was no other way he could have gotten hurt. The cub could be saved. They said he came from a nearby zoo. They wanted to keep him over night to check him to see if there was anything else wrong. And they will return him home in the morning. So I went home happy.

  13. The scared wounded cub limped toward me.I stared at his infant eyes, surrounded by cocoa-brown fur.I did not know why he was limping, and the thought pondered in my clueless head until I got a glimpse at his left leg.It was spotted with hot red blood and now,I was mad,I was furiuos at the hunter.Oh,how I wish I could give him a piece of my mind. But gladly,I knew not to be crazy and yell out into the forest for help. No,that would only bring more hunters, I thought. So I desisivly bent down to scoop him up,and I put him into my bike basket and headed straight to the vet.Just before I went in,I wonderd if I would have to pay.Uh-oh I only had 5$ in my pocket and this vet was expensive, plus this cub wasn't even mine!I had a dilema on my hands- to either go in,or stay out.

  14. The frightened wounded cub limped slowly toward me.I saw his sparkling tears, and his innocent face. I was desicive about my desision, I went over to scoop it up,but just as I crept closer he tumbled down, as I ran breathless as fast as I can. Finally I caught up to him.I saw each minute that the gushing blood was trickling down so quickly.I now was running back home to heal the cub. I wrapped a bandage around his leg and gave him a piece of deer meat. Then I decided to raise him like a mother bear would.

  15. The wounded cub limped toward me. It's bark brown fur was stained with blood. A arrow from a hunters bow was firmly planted in its small, helpless body. I carefully picked up it's limp body.I ran, faster, and faster. It seemed like I had run for 3 hours straight. When I finally got home and into my cream colored house I carefully laid the now almost dead bear cub on my
bed. "What's next". I thought slowly trying to make this whole night more clear! I didn't know what to do! I was so deeply confused!!!

  18. "BANG" the hunter shot his rifle at the infant cub. This time he didn't miss but before I could yell at the hunter he ran out into the woods. The wounded cub limped toward me. His leg had a huge cut were the bullet had shot that covered all of his hind leg. I watched as the crimson red blood dripped down his coal black fur that soon would be a deep brick red if I didn't help him. I took a step forward. I didn't want the cub to be scared of me. Should I help it? I thought. I finally made up my mind and sprinted toward the little cub. I picked it up carefully not wanting to make the cut infected. I wished I brought a first aid kit with me. Then I dashed to the vet as fast as I could.

  20. The scared wounded cub limped toward me.The sun reflected off his tear-filled eyes.I too was about to cry, but I didn't want to frighten the poor baby. He was already glum enough.Suddenly I saw his back right, no left leg was shot, with crimson red blood making a messy, dotteed circlish figure around the bullet that was lodged in his slick black fur. I could not belive his mother could have done this, to abondon the infant who was ever so hurt, to bail out on the poor child who was close to possible death
was such a harsh thing to do or even think.I wish I could have scooped him up and take him to an animal shelter. But sadly, 3 things were stopping me to do this 1,the cub wasn't even mine so the shelter wouldn't tend to him. 2, the cub could have rabies. 3, my mom was waiting for me because I was only suppost to pick some wild daisy's for the center piece for supper. And finaally,4,my mom hates bears and would stupefied and angry if I brang one to our house. I was really dejected now, especially since I heard a pack of cyoties in the distance I stepped back a few feet and, BOOM ! SMASH ! KABOOM ! I must have hit my head because when I woke up,I was in the Denver,Colorado emerginsy room with a long skinny bandage rapped around my fat noggin. Then as I turend my mellon I saw the bear in a small bed with a bandaid on his hind left leg. I guessed we would both be okay.
